If you are a high-hazard employer, OSHA can drop by anytime if they wish. If you have a serious injury, you can bet they will visit to investigate. You must confirm your program is in compliance now, otherwise, you may be the recipient of a very expensive citation

Your program should give you advance notice of a possible injury claim  A well-run program will alert you to carelessness which is the forerunner of a possible injury claim.
